About Me
I work with couples and individuals who are seeking deeper connection—with one another, with themselves, or both. I am especially drawn to supporting people who feel stuck in painful patterns or weighed down by grief, trauma, or disconnection that can be hard to name and even harder to share. In our work together, I offer warmth, curiosity, and care, creating a safe and supportive space where vulnerability can be held and meaningful change can begin.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working in creative fields, including writing and editing, therapeutic yoga, and nonprofit work supporting families of hostages and parents facing perinatal loss—roles rooted in meeting people where their stories are often carried alone or in silence. I hold a Master of Fine Arts degree and bring a deep respect for storytelling, meaning-making, and the wisdom of the body into my clinical work. When appropriate, I integrate expressive arts and somatic practices to support emotional awareness and regulation.
Outside of my clinical work, I am a parent, spouse, daughter, sister, friend, and forever student. I value creativity, time in nature, and practices that help us feel more at home in ourselves.

Therapeutic Approach
I believe that healing happens in relationships. Whether we are exploring the relationship you have with your partner, your family, or yourself, I know that change becomes possible when there is safety, responsiveness, and trust. I work from a client-centered, trauma-informed, and attachment-based perspective, drawing primarily from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). Together, we will slow down, listen more closely to the wisdom of your emotions, and make sense of patterns that developed for understandable reasons in the context of your lived experience—even when those patterns are no longer serving you.
I have experience working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds, identities, and relationship structures. My approach is affirming and strengths-based, with particular attention to pain that often feels isolating—experiences you may fear no one else could understand. I strive to hold each person’s lived experience with care, thoughtfully attending to identity, power, and context while meeting you with openness and respect.
In our work together, you can expect a collaborative, nonjudgmental approach rooted in presence and responsiveness. I bring clinical training and knowledge, and you bring your lived experience and inner knowing; you are the expert on your life. I welcome ongoing feedback so that our work can stay closely aligned with your experience, needs, and goals. Together, we will deepen your self-understanding, creating more space for authentic, connected, and fulfilling relationships—with others and within yourself.
